2021-2022 Legislative Cycle Summary

On Monday September 26, 2022 we presented the following legislative update of several housing laws which have been making headlines. That PowerPoint has been revised to show which laws have been signed by the governor and includes link to Bill text – see here.

Please note, this is an abbreviated summary meant to highlight certain housing production related bills. ABAG-MTC will be providing a more formalized summary in the next couple of weeks which will be distributed. This will include a side by side look at AB 2011 and SB 6.
