City of Alameda Preliminary HCD Certification

Andrew Thomas from the City of Alameda spoke at our past Collaborative meeting on Monday September 26 regarding their efforts to date that helped them achieve preliminary HCD Certification of their Housing Element. Andrew was kind enough to share HCD’s feedback regarding AFFH related programs and realistic capacity considerations among other topics.
